Access to the Syntasy.pro service

Service means the Syntasy.pro web platform, which provides access to AI technologies for generating text, images, audio, video, and other materials.

User means an individual or legal entity using the Service. Content means any material uploaded by a User or generated through the Service. Tokens are internal accounting units used to access Service features. Subscription means recurring access under a selected plan.

The Provider grants the User access to the Service under the selected plan. Access may include generation of images, video, audio and text, content analysis, presets, AI models, and other features published on the website.

The Provider may change the list of available features without prior notice.

A User must create an account to use certain features. The User must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and not transfer the account to third parties.

The User is responsible for all actions performed through the account.

The Service may be provided through subscriptions, token packages, or one-time payments. Prices are displayed on the website and may be changed by the Provider at any time.

A price change does not affect a subscription period that has already been paid for.

By purchasing a subscription, the User agrees that it may renew automatically at the end of each paid period. Payments will be charged through the selected payment method until the User cancels the subscription.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund an already paid period.

Tokens grant the right to use Service features. They are not money or electronic money, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Used tokens are non-refundable.

The User retains rights to original content uploaded to the Service. The User may use generation results to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the AI models involved.

The Provider does not guarantee that copyright in generation results can be registered.

The Service must not be used to violate the law, distribute malware, infringe third-party rights, create sexual content involving minors, create content connected with violence, terrorism or extremism, commit fraud, or bypass technical restrictions.

The Provider may block an account without a refund if this section is violated.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. The Provider does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation, that results will meet the User’s expectations, or that generations will be accurate.

The User must independently assess AI results before using them.

The Provider may perform maintenance, temporarily restrict access, change functionality, or discontinue individual features. Such actions do not constitute a breach of the Provider’s obligations.

Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy published on the website. If generation was completed successfully and a result was delivered to the User, the service is considered rendered.

The Provider may suspend or terminate access if the User breaches this Offer, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses Service resources, or infringes third-party rights.

Questions about the Service may be submitted through Syntasy.pro, the @Contentlaboratorybot Telegram bot, or the Service support team.
