Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern the Syntasy.pro web service and the @Contentlaboratorybot Telegram bot (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. General provisions
The Service provides access to AI-powered content generation tools through the Syntasy.pro website and the @Contentlaboratorybot Telegram bot.
The Service administration may amend, update, or supplement these Terms without prior notice to users.
2. Service description
The Service enables users to generate images, video, text, audio, and other digital content with AI; use an internal token system; store generation history and user materials; and access other platform features.
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a user’s particular expectations.
3. Account and access
A user may sign in through Telegram, the Syntasy.pro web interface, or another authentication method available in the Service.
The user is responsible for protecting access to their account, for all actions performed through it, and for the accuracy of supplied information. Account access must not be transferred to third parties.
4. Tokens, subscriptions, and payments
The Service may offer tokens, subscriptions, paid features, and one-time purchases. Tokens are internal units that provide access to Service functions; they are not money and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, or transferred outside the Service.
Tokens or other access units may be charged when a generation starts, when a specific feature is used, or when a subscription is activated. A service is considered rendered once generation begins or access to the relevant feature is provided.
5. Content generation
The user understands that content is generated automatically by AI algorithms. Results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected elements; uniqueness is not guaranteed, and repeated use of the same prompt may produce different results.
The Service may limit request volume, reject generations, apply automated moderation, and filter prohibited or undesirable content.
6. Use of content
Generated content may be used for personal and commercial purposes unless applicable law or the terms of a particular tool provide otherwise.
The user is solely responsible for compliance with applicable law and third-party intellectual-property and other rights, and for using content in advertising, commerce, or public materials. The Service is not responsible for the user’s subsequent use of generated content.
7. Prohibited use
Users must not create unlawful content, infringe copyright or other third-party rights, use the Service for fraud, spam, or deception, seek unauthorized access, bypass limits or security controls, abuse the Service through automation, or generate malicious, extremist, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited content.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service administration is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generations; actions taken in reliance on generated content; direct or indirect losses, lost data, or lost profit; temporary failures or unavailability; or the acts of third-party services and platforms.
The user uses the Service at their own risk.
9. Suspension and restriction of access
The Service may restrict features, suspend service, block an account, or revoke access to tokens or a subscription without prior notice where these Terms are violated, fraud is suspected, functionality is abused, or the stability or security of the Service is threatened.
10. Privacy and data
By using the Service, the user agrees that prompts, generations, and technical data may be processed to operate the Service. Some features may rely on third-party AI models and infrastructure, and data may be stored for service quality, analytics, and security purposes.
The user must not upload data whose distribution violates applicable law or third-party rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
The Service administration may change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the changes.
12. Contact details
Questions about the Service may be submitted through Syntasy.pro, the @Contentlaboratorybot Telegram bot, or the Service support team.
