Using the uploaded image as the exact reference for the letterform: preserve the precise proportions, thick even stroke weight, fluid curve, and the diagonal-cut terminals at the upper-right and lower-left ends of the S — do not alter the silhouette or letterform design.

Render this letter S as a solid, volumetric 3D object floating in complete darkness, deep black background, no floor, no visible horizon.

Construct the surface of the letter as a patchwork of many distinct, separate circuit-board segments rather than one continuous board. Each segment is its own individual PCB module, cut to fit its own section of the curve, with its own distinct board color and finish (some deep matte green FR4, some navy-blue, some matte black, a few warm amber-brown fiberglass, one or two bare copper-tone boards), its own unique component layout, its own mounting screws, and a visible seam or narrow gap where it meets its neighboring segment — some segments sitting slightly proud or recessed relative to the one beside them, like uneven tiles, so the transition between boards is clearly readable rather than seamless. Pack every segment with dense micro-detail — no smooth or empty surface anywhere: rows of tiny gold-plated connector pins along every cut edge, miniature silicon chip dies of varying sizes, dense clusters of surface-mount resistors and capacitors in tight rows, hair-thin wires crossing between chip clusters, tiny multicolor status LEDs scattered irregularly across the surface, micro-screws and rivets along every seam, fine machined chamfers and grooves along every edge, faint engraved serial-number text too small to read clearly, and slim aluminum heatsink fins — dozens of them, tightly repeated — wrapping around the outer curvature. Weave a network of thin tubing across and between the board segments: clear glass capillary tubes with a faint glowing cyan liquid visible inside, thin ribbed rubber hoses, and slender metal pipes with small fitting joints and clamps, running along the seams between boards and looping over a few of the segments like miniature coolant lines, some ending in small connector nozzles. Embedded within the body, several smooth panels of clear and lightly frosted glass are set flush into a few of the segments like inspection windows, each revealing multiple layers of circuitry receding into soft depth beneath it, with faint dust specks and fingerprint smudges on their surface and refracted highlights along their beveled edges. A few separate glass shards and a thin glass pane rest near the base of the letter, catching stray reflections without touching the main form.

Lighting: the object is lit primarily by cool cyan-blue light glowing outward from the exposed circuit traces, tubing, and glass panels, combined with a single warm rim light from the upper right tracing the metal edges and pin contacts in a thin gold highlight; everything beyond the object stays pure black.

Rendered as a high-end CGI product visualization at extreme macro detail: physically accurate metal, glass, PCB, and rubber/tubing material shaders, subsurface glow through the glass panels and tubing, sharp micro-detail on every small component down to individual pins, screws, and tube fittings, soft depth of field with the front-facing curve of the S in crisp focus and the receding edges softly blurred. Ultra-detailed, hyper-detailed macro texture, 8K, octane-render quality, square format.
